Headbands are perfect for the those of us that get hot when wearing a hat. We do still however want to feel the warmth of something on our heads, or even keep the hair out of our eyes while out doing “stuff”.
Knitted (predominately to order) , or crocheted using either our own MillSpun Loopy wool made in the on farm Mini Mill, or with my commercially spun Rewa Rewa Station yarn.
Colour highlights are usually provided using our naturally dyed fibre, however occassionally we may use fibres that have been dyed commercially as we love to minimise waste!
When it comes to waste minimisation Mamma has that under control! Mamma uses all our fibre ends and offcuts to create her Primatic Headbands. Just like a colourful prism these headbands feature a mix of our beautiful naturally dyed yarns.
